Established in 1984, the press has published over 150 editions by important artists from the Southeast. In 1995, the creation of a Fine Arts Gallery allowed the studio to exhibit works by local and national printers including artist working in intaglio, relief and screen-printing.
The former director of the press, Wayne Kline, was a master Tamarind printer. The recent passing of this beloved individual has left a gap in the Atlanta art community, but his spirit is still alive at Rolling Stone press studio and website. Check it out.
